We want Calvary Kids Ministry to be the best hour of every kid’s week so that it impacts the way they live the other 167 hours of the week. We want our kids to learn, at the earliest age possible, that there is a big God who loves them and wants to be their friend.
Calvary Kids Ministry features screened volunteers, electronic check-in, and secure environments to ensure your children are safe throughout their entire experience.

What should I expect on my first visit to Calvary Kids?
The first time you visit you will be asked to fill out a First Time Guest Registration Card. We ask for the following information:
To bypass filling out a card by hand, just fill out this form to save you time checking in when you arrive at church.
When your kids are checked in you will receive a security tag for each child along with a matching parent sticker. You’ll need your parent sticker to pick up your child from their small group or classroom.
Our check-in is open for 25-minutes coinciding with our 9:00 & 11:00 services: between 8:45 am and 9:10 am and 10:45 am and 11:10 am.
If you arrive later than the cutoff time, you are welcome to take your children into the worship service with you.

- Children’s names and birthdays
- Address
- Cell Phone Number
- Any special instructions (Allergies, special needs)

Calvary Kids NEW Check In Procedures!
Download the Calvary App and log into (or create) your account by clicking on the icon in the upper right-hand corner.
- Open the app on your way to church and click on the icon in the upper right-hand corner.
- Click on all of the children you will be checking into Kids’ Ministry. A check mark will appear on their name when they are checked in.
- Click “Save” and a QR code will appear.
- When you get to church, the QR code in your app will be scanned at our check-in kiosks and your labels will print.
- While you will still receive a printed 'pick up' tag, this will also be available within the app.
- We will do our best to answer your questions at check in over the next few weeks while we all work together for a smooth transition.
