Ephesians Reading Plan - Fall 2026

Ephesians Reading Plan

INTRODUCTION
“A Journey Through Ephesians to Discover God’s plan for His church!”
Over the next six weeks, we will journey through the book of Ephesians and discover what it means to be ROOTED. WALKING. STANDING.

We will begin by becoming ROOTED in who we are in Christ—discovering God’s grace, His purpose, and what He has done for us. From there, we will learn to WALK in our new life, allowing the gospel to shape the way we live, love, serve, and build His church. Finally, we will learn what it means to STAND firm together as the people of God, strengthened by His power and united as His church.

This journey is more than simply learning about Ephesians. It is an invitation to discover who we are in Christ, who God is, what He has done, His plan for His church, and how we are called to live together as His people.
#1. ROOTED (Our Identity, God’s Grace, and His Plan)
We begin by going deeper into our identity in Christ. Before we learn how to live, we need to know who we are and what God has already done for us.

  • DAY 1 Called to belong to God - Ephesians 1:1–2
  • DAY 2 Blessed in Christ - Ephesians 1:3–14
  • DAY 3 Open the Eyes of Our Hearts - Ephesians 1:15–23
  • DAY 4 Made Alive by Grace - Ephesians 2:1–10
  • DAY 5 Made One with God - Ephesians 2:11–18
  • DAY 6 Made into God's Family - Ephesians 2:19–22
  • DAY 7 God's Plan for One Family - Ephesians 3:1–6
  • DAY 8 Called to Fulfill His Plan - Ephesians 3:7–13
  • DAY 9 Strengthened for the Mission - Ephesians 3:14–21

#2. WALKING (Walk in New Life: How We Live for Building His Church)
Knowing who we are in Christ should change the way we live. We will explore what it means to walk worthy of our calling—in our relationships, our words, our choices, our families, and our life together as the church.

  • DAY 10 Walk Worthy - Ephesians 4:1–6
  • DAY 11 Walk Together, Grow Together - Ephesians 4:7–16
  • DAY 12 Put Off. Put On. - Ephesians 4:17–24
  • DAY 13 A New Way to Relate - Ephesians 4:25–32
  • DAY 14 Walk in Love and Light - Ephesians 5:1–14
  • DAY 15 Walk in Wisdom - Ephesians 5:15–21
  • DAY 16 Love Like Christ - Ephesians 5:22–33
  • DAY 17 Serve the Lord in Every Relationship - Ephesians 6:1–9

#3. STANDING (A Church Built to Stand Together)
Our journey ends with a call to stand firm. We will discover where our strength comes from and how we can stand together in faith, prayer, and the power of God.

  • DAY 18 Stand Strong - Ephesians 6:10–20

HOW TO SOAP
You don’t need to be a Bible expert to participate. SOAP is a simple and practical way to slow down, listen to God through His Word, and respond to what He is teaching us.
Visit the main page to find our “How to Do SOAP Bible Study" video, along with helpful resources and materials to guide you through each day.

Each week, we will also share sample SOAP reflections every Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday to help you get started, reflect more deeply on the passage, and encourage you in your own study. You can use these samples as a guide—but most importantly, take time to read the Word for yourself and listen for what God is saying to you.

Read. Reflect. Respond.

Come journey with us through Ephesians as we become ROOTED in Christ, WALKING in His ways, and STANDING together as His church.
